Wembury Ivory

Bampton FabricF4901-01

Wembury Ivory reads as a soft, creamy ivory with a calm, understated surface. The cloth has a fine woven texture that lets the pale tone feel natural rather than stark.

About this fabric

This Wembury colourway sits in a warm ivory range, with a whisper of cream and a softly mottled linen look across the surface. The weave is visible but restrained, giving the fabric a dry, tailored character rather than a glossy finish. It is a plain design with no repeat, making it easy to use across larger upholstered pieces or simple window treatments. The composition of 44% viscose, 40% linen, 10% cotton and 6% polyester gives the cloth a blended handle that should feel both elegant and practical, and the 146cm approx width is generous for furnishing use.

How to use it

Use this pale ivory to soften darker timbers, painted joinery or patterned rooms without adding visual weight. It works particularly well where you want a fresh, quietly smart backdrop that still shows the character of the weave.

A refined ivory with a gentle linen texture that suits tailored upholstery or quiet drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
