About this fabric

Morton Silver from the Bampton collection by Colefax and Fowler is a plain woven fabric with no visible repeat, making the texture and colour the focus. Its blend of 34% viscose, 33% cotton, 26% linen and 7% polyester gives the surface a dry yet slightly softened handle, which helps the shade sit somewhere between chalky cream and pale silver. The colourway looks gently warm at first glance, but the cool sheen from the viscose keeps it from feeling too beige or buttery. At approximately 140cm wide, it is a practical width for upholstery and drapery projects that call for an elegant, restrained finish.

How to use it

This pale silver-cream works especially well on clean-lined upholstery, where the subtle weave adds just enough texture without interrupting the calm tone.
