About this fabric

This Bampton fabric from Colefax and Fowler is woven in a 44% viscose, 40% linen, 10% cotton and 6% polyester mix, with an approximate width of 146cm and no visible repeat. In the swatch, the gold tone sits between pale honey and warm oat, with tiny irregular flecks and a subtle crosshatch that stop it feeling flat. The finish catches the light softly, so the surface looks luminous without becoming glossy. Its balanced handle and plain structure make it an easy fabric to use across both upholstery and drapery settings. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BH are supplied for this exact colourway.

How to use it

Use Wembury Gold to warm up oak, walnut or painted cream schemes, especially where you want colour that feels polished but not shiny. It works particularly well with muted greens, parchment neutrals and antique brass accents.

A warm woven gold that brings quiet richness to relaxed schemes and tailored rooms alike.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
