About this fabric

The image shows a golden ochre textile with a fine, irregular texture and subtle cloudy bands running through the surface. Pale cream flecks soften the warmer amber notes, while the uneven shading gives the colour a relaxed, lightly aged character. At 411 gsm, this is a substantial cloth well suited to upholstery, and its 138 cm usable width is practical for furniture work. The design has a 60 cm vertical repeat and 35 cm horizontal repeat, allowing the mottled pattern to be positioned with some control.

How to use it

Use Bjorn Ochre on an armchair, sofa or dining seat where its warm golden tone can add depth without introducing a strong graphic motif. Pair it with natural timber, softly chalky neutrals and aged brass to draw out the cloth’s mellow, weathered character.
