Bronte Oyster

Darwin Collection FabricBRONTE

Bronte Oyster is a quietly luminous plain with a soft oyster-cream appearance and a subtle woven texture. The swatch reads clean and airy, with a gentle warmth rather than a stark white finish.

About this fabric

This drapes-only fabric is woven in 68% recycled polyester and 32% polyester, giving the cloth a substantial 448 grams per linear metre weight and a 140 cm width. In the swatch, the colour sits between cream and pale beige, with a soft, shell-like tone that feels warmer at the edges and slightly lighter across the centre. The plain weave is visible as a fine cross-grain texture, adding depth without interrupting the calm surface. With no horizontal pattern repeat, Bronte Oyster works as a restrained, all-over colour that keeps the room feeling bright and composed.

How to use it

Use this oyster tone for full-length curtains where you want light to feel diffused and gently warmed. It pairs especially well with pale oak, putty walls, and linen upholstery for a soft, layered scheme.

A softly textured oyster cream that brings a clean, calming backdrop to a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
