Bronte Pearl

Darwin Collection FabricBRONTE

Bronte Pearl is a softly luminous plain with a pale pearl cream appearance and a very fine, calm surface. The colour reads clean and airy rather than yellow, giving it a light-washed, understated look.

About this fabric

From Ashley Wilde’s Darwin Collection, Bronte Pearl is a drapes-only fabric woven in 68% Recycled Polyester and 32% Polyester. The plain cloth has no pattern repeat and measures 140cm wide, with a substantial handle at 320gsm and 448 grams per linear metre. In the image, the tone sits between ivory and warm off-white, with a gentle pearl cast and a subtly textured weave that catches the light without appearing shiny. It is made in India and has a relaxed, quietly tailored character that suits soft window treatments.

How to use it

Use this pearl cream to soften larger windows, especially where you want light to filter through a room without visual weight. Its pale, neutral warmth works well with limestone, pale oak, and brushed metal finishes.

A quiet pearl tone that keeps window dressing light, calm and understated.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
