About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Essential Weaves Vol 1, this fabric is made from 100% polyester and is supplied for drapes only. The swatch shows a small-scale woven pattern with a crisp, textured finish that reads as a muted taupe rather than a flat beige or grey. With a width of 140cm and a substantial 378 grams per linear metre, it has enough body to hang with poise while still feeling neatly tailored. The 3cm vertical repeat and 2cm horizontal repeat keep the surface orderly and understated, and the N/A rub test confirms it is not intended for upholstery use.

How to use it

Use this pale taupe to soften contemporary blinds or full-length curtains, especially alongside oak, putty, and stone finishes. Its restrained tone will sit neatly in smart schemes where texture is wanted without strong colour contrast.
