About this fabric

This colourway reads as a warm, subdued opal tone rather than a flat cream, with a gentle peach warmth that softens the overall look. The cloth has a dry, natural handle in keeping with its 63% cotton, 20% viscose, 15% linen and 2% polyacrylic composition, and the surface shows a subtle linen-like grain that catches the light softly. With no repeat both vertically and horizontally, it suits an uncomplicated, tailored finish on upholstery or relaxed drapery. At approximately 130cm wide, it is a practical mid-width for furniture pieces and soft furnishings alike.

How to use it

Use Elliot Opal to calm darker woods, brass and stone, or pair it with chalky neutrals for a soft tonal scheme. Its warm beige-peach note brings gentle warmth to contemporary seating and unlined curtains.

A warm neutral that layers easily with timber, linen and pale stone.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
