About this fabric

This 138cm-wide fabric blends 42% recycled polyester, 33% polyester and 26% cotton, giving the cloth a practical mid-weight feel suited to both upholstery and drapery. The surface shows a soft linen-like texture, while the repeating botanical motif is picked out in chalky off-white over a muted beige-grey ground. With a 34cm horizontal repeat and 26cm vertical repeat, the pattern has enough scale to read clearly on cushions, curtains or accent seating without overwhelming a room. It is specified at 20,000 Martindale, is treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, and has colour fastness and pilling ratings of 4-5, with dry clean only care.

How to use it

The gentle greige colouring works well with pale timber, stone and warm whites, especially where you want pattern without strong contrast. Use it for relaxed curtains, occasional chairs or upholstered headboards to bring in a calm botanical layer.

Pair with pale oak and linen to keep the leafy pattern light and airy.
