Terrana Filora Prussian shows a scattered botanical trail in cool Prussian blue across a pale ground. The design reads crisp and airy, with the motif giving the cloth a lively, hand-drawn feel.

About this fabric

Woven in 42% Recycled Polyester, 33% Polyester and 26% Cotton, this fabric has a clean printed look and a useful 138cm width. The leaf sprigs appear in layered blue tones, from soft denim to deeper inked accents, which gives the pattern depth without making it heavy. With a 34cm horizontal repeat and 26cm vertical repeat, the motif feels medium in scale and nicely balanced across the cloth. Rated to 20,000 Martindale and classed for General Domestic use, it is suitable for upholstery as well as drapery and accessories, and can be treated for FR drapery and upholstery. Dry clean only.

How to use it

The cool blue-on-cream palette works well with white-painted wood, pale oak and chalky neutrals, keeping a room fresh rather than formal. It would bring a tailored, botanical note to armchairs, café curtains or Roman blinds.

Use it for tailored curtains or occasional upholstery where a crisp botanical brings depth.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
