Arvin Saffron

Allan FabricL9401-04

Arvin Saffron shows a tiny, even woven texture in a warm saffron-gold tone with a quietly mottled finish. The close weave gives the colour a softly speckled look rather than a flat solid.

About this fabric

This colourway is woven in a compact small-scale texture, with the pale base fibres lifted by mustard-gold flecks that keep the surface lively. The fabric is a 60% Cotton, 21% Viscose, 10% Linen, 9% Polyester blend, with an approximate width of 138cm and a repeat of V 9cm / H 12cm. Its mid-weight, tailored handle and neat weave make it suitable for both upholstery and drapery, while the Q 8 + T 3 care code and √BM fire rating add practical reassurance. In the image, the saffron note reads warm and sunlit rather than bright, with a slightly earthy undertone from the linen content.

How to use it

Use Arvin Saffron to bring warmth to oak, walnut or painted timber, where the gold-beige ground can soften sharper lines. It also works well as a cheerful neutral alongside cream, tan and muted olive.

A warm, versatile saffron tone that works beautifully across cushions, relaxed upholstery and simple drapes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
