Rivera FabricJ0200-02

Helio Ochre/Charcoal pairs a rich ochre ground with neat charcoal arc motifs that give the design a lively, rhythmic feel. The repeat reads clearly across the cloth, creating a bold but ordered surface.

About this fabric

This Rivera fabric by Jane Churchill is composed of 48% Polyester, 29% Viscose, 15% Linen and 8% Cotton, with a width of approximately 140cm and a repeat of V 24cm / H 35cm approx. In this colourway, the mustard-ochre background feels warm and grounded, while the charcoal ringed arches stand out sharply with a slightly hand-drawn look. The surface appears smooth with a soft textile depth rather than a heavy pile, making the pattern sit cleanly on the cloth. The overall effect is graphic and contemporary, with enough body to work well across a range of interior schemes.

How to use it

Use this ochre and charcoal mix to add warmth to mid-century seating, or let it bring contrast to neutral drapery in a room with timber and stone. It works especially well with matte black accents, walnut finishes and textured creams.

A warm ochre ground with crisp charcoal detailing brings graphic energy to both upholstery and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
