Rae Yellow/Aqua

Paradiso FabricJ0101-05

Rae Yellow/Aqua is a bright, orderly stripe pattern with a warm yellow motif set against a pale aqua-leaning ground. The repeated leaf-like vertical forms give the fabric a crisp, rhythmic look with a fresh, lightly graphic feel.

About this fabric

Woven in 95% linen and 5% polyester, this fabric has the natural, slightly slubby character you can see in the ground, balanced by the cleaner printed or woven motif. The repeat is V 17cm / H 136cm approx, and the 136cm approx width makes the vertical stripe read in generous, uninterrupted runs across a room. In this colourway, the yellow is soft and mustard-leaning rather than vivid, so it feels sunny without becoming harsh. The pale aqua undertone in the background keeps the overall effect cool and airy, which stops the pattern from feeling too dense or overly traditional.

How to use it

This works well on relaxed dining chairs, occasional upholstery, or full-length curtains where the vertical rhythm can be appreciated. Pair the soft mustard and aqua with chalky whites, pale timber, or deeper teal accents for a fresh coastal-modern scheme.

Use where you want a clean, sunny stripe with a tailored, modern feel.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
