Sitari Stripe Multi pairs a soft cream ground with slim vertical stripes and regularly spaced decorative bands in bright, jewel-like colours. The effect is lively but still neat, with the coloured motifs giving the stripe a handcrafted rhythm.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a crisp, natural handle that suits both upholstery and drapery at a decorative level. The repeat is V 31cm / H 35cm approx, and the 140cm approx width gives the design a generous striped run across the cloth. On the image, the base reads as warm ivory rather than stark white, while the narrow pinstripes in coral, green, teal and mustard keep the surface fresh and balanced. The vertical patterned bands add a more playful note, with small ikat-style diamond shapes that bring in pink, turquoise, yellow and charcoal accents. Overall it feels bright, cheerful and lightly vintage, without losing the order of a classic stripe.

How to use it

This colourway works well in sunlit rooms, especially on occasional chairs, cushions or curtains where the cream ground can keep the pattern feeling airy. Pair it with pale timber, cane and plain cottons to echo the fabric’s warm, informal stripe.

Use with rattan, warm wood and simple linens to let the stripe do the talking.
