Folium Forest

Eden FabricCCF0380-03

Folium Forest brings curling fern fronds, fine leaves and delicate seed heads together on a softly textured pale ground. Its muted sage-olive colouring has a cool, woodland depth without becoming strongly saturated.

About this fabric

The detailed botanical arrangement includes upright fern stems, arching fronds and small clustered seed heads, all rendered in layered sage and olive tones. At 233 gsm, the fabric has a versatile mid-weight presence suited to both upholstery and drapery. The 135 cm usable width allows the foliage to be read across practical furnishing panels, while the 80 cm vertical and 45 cm horizontal pattern repeat gives the design a clearly measured layout. Supplied in a standard 30 m length, Folium Forest has a subtle surface grain that gently softens the contrast between the pale ground and darker botanical marks.

How to use it

Use Folium Forest to bring a quiet woodland note to a reading chair, bench seat or relaxed curtains. Its cool sage-olive tone works especially well with chalky neutrals, aged timber and soft stone shades.

Use this muted sage-olive botanical on relaxed upholstery or full-length curtains, pairing it with warm neutrals and natural timber.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Folium Forest without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
