Breton Sage

Edgeworth FabricCCF0549-08

Breton Sage is a pale, cool sage green with a finely lined surface that gives the cloth a quiet woven definition. Its restrained colour and narrow linear effect read softly rather than as a bold stripe.

About this fabric

The swatch shows a muted sage ground crossed by closely spaced fine lines, creating a subtle ribbed or pinstriped appearance with gentle tonal depth. At 301gsm and 140cm wide, it has the substance for upholstery while remaining suitable for curtains and other soft furnishings. The 0cm vertical repeat and 0.5cm horizontal repeat keep the pattern exceptionally easy to position. Supplied in a 40m standard length, this is a practical, understated colourway for larger schemes.

How to use it

Use Breton Sage to bring a cool, softened green note to a light room, particularly on tailored seating, dining chairs or full-length curtains. Pair its fine linear texture with chalky neutrals, pale timber and brushed metal for a composed, quietly contemporary scheme.

A cool, understated sage with fine linear texture for tailored upholstery, curtains or relaxed blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
