About this fabric

The fabric combines saturated racing green with warm, soft linen-coloured stripes, while the visible weave adds subtle surface texture rather than a flat printed finish. At 301 gsm and 140 cm wide, it is a versatile mid-weight choice for both upholstery and drapery. The stripe runs vertically with no vertical pattern repeat and a 16 cm horizontal repeat, making the pattern easy to align across a width. Its dark green bands bring depth and contrast, while the linen stripes keep the overall effect balanced and light enough for refined interiors.

How to use it

Use the racing green as a strong accent on a reading chair, banquette or roman blind, then echo the pale linen stripes with neutral upholstery, timber and warm metal. Hung as curtains, the vertical bands can give a room a taller, more tailored appearance.

The deep green and pale linen stripes bring crisp vertical rhythm to upholstery, blinds or full-length curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Belgravia Racing Green/Linen without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
