Finley Oatmeal

Verona Collection FabricFINLEY

Finley Oatmeal is a softly understated plain with a warm oatmeal-beige cast and a dry, linen-like surface. The colour sits quietly rather than sharply, giving the swatch a relaxed, natural look.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, Finley Oatmeal is specified for general domestic upholstery and drapes, making it a practical choice for rooms that need one fabric to work in more than one place. The cloth has a subtle crosswise texture visible in the weave, with a gently mottled oatmeal tone that reads warm and neutral rather than stark or grey. At 140cm wide and with a 35,000 rub test, it offers reassuring durability for everyday seating while still feeling suitable for curtains and soft furnishings. Its 560gsm weight gives the fabric enough substance to hang neatly without looking heavy or bulky.

How to use it

Use this colourway to soften oak, walnut and painted wood, especially where you want the fabric to blend rather than dominate. Its mellow beige tone also layers easily with chalk white, clay, taupe and muted sage for a calm, lived-in scheme.

A calm neutral that works as an easy base for both upholstery and drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
