About this fabric

Part of the Textures 2 Collection by Ashley Wilde, Isla Sage is composed of 71% polyester and 29% cotton and is specified for drapes only. The cloth has a gentle, closely woven texture that reads as understated rather than busy, with the sage green colouring appearing muted, cool-leaning and lightly weathered in the swatch. At 140cm wide and 318 grams per linear metre, it has enough body to hang with presence while still feeling suited to window dressing. The 227 grams per square metre construction and N/A rub test support its decorative drapery role rather than upholstery use.

How to use it

Use Isla Sage for relaxed curtains or Roman blinds where the colour can sit quietly against oak, linen, chalk white or putty walls. Its soft green-grey tone works especially well in calm, nature-led schemes that need colour without brightness.

A calm sage texture that softens daylight and layers easily with warm neutrals or timber.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
