About this fabric

This colourway has a smooth, closely woven look with a subtle lustre that lets the gold tone shift from honeyed beige in shadow to richer antique gold in the light. Made from 100% polyester, it is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes and has a 50,000 severe contract rub test, making it a practical choice as well as a decorative one. The fabric is 140cm wide and has a substantial handle at 455 grams per linear metre, or 325 grams per square metre. The plain style keeps the focus on the tonal depth of the gold finish, which feels warmer and more understated than a bright yellow-gold.

How to use it

Pair this soft gold with walnut, deep green or stone for a grounded, layered scheme. It works especially well on statement chairs or full-length curtains where the light can pick up its subtle sheen.
