About this fabric

This plain fabric has a close, smooth face with a subtle vertical texture that catches the light without appearing shiny. Made from 100% polyester, it is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, and its 50,000 severe contract rub result underlines its hard-wearing performance. At 140cm wide and 325gsm, it has enough substance to hold a neat line while still working across furniture and window treatments. The overall tone is a cool, smoky indigo blue that feels more sophisticated than vivid, with a slightly softened depth that suits both residential and commercial interiors.

How to use it

Use Galaxy Indigo on clean-lined seating, padded headboards or full-length curtains where the dark blue can add depth without visual noise. It pairs neatly with pale oak, chalk white and brushed metal finishes for a crisp, composed scheme.
