About this fabric

Woven in 54% polyester and 46% cotton, Lunar Danube is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, with a 50,000 rub test and a 140cm width. The cloth has a fine, even plain weave with a lightly textured hand that you can see across the swatch. Its colour is a cool, soft denim blue with greyed depth, so it feels quieter than a bright cobalt and less formal than a navy. At 459 grams per linear metre, it has the substance to sit neatly on seating while still draping with enough body for window treatments.

How to use it

Use this blue to bring a fresh, understated note to classic upholstery, especially on clean-lined sofas, slipper chairs or banquettes. It also works well as a cool contrast with chalk white, pale oak and brushed metal in relaxed contemporary interiors.
