About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Lunar Book Collection, Lunar Alpine is woven in 54% polyester and 46% cotton and is suitable for severe contract upholstery and drapes. The fabric has a substantial handle at 459g per linear metre and 340g per square metre, with a 50,000 Severe Contract rub test for demanding use. Visually, this colourway reads as a soft, snowy white with a faintly weathered undertone, allowing the weave texture to show through without looking stark. The 140cm width makes it practical for both seating and window treatments, while the plain design keeps the focus on its gentle surface depth.

How to use it

Use Lunar Alpine to brighten upholstered armchairs, banquettes or headboards without introducing a harsh white; its muted, cool tone sits well with oak, stone and brushed metal. It also makes a clean backdrop for layered drapery in natural linens or deeper accent colours.
