About this fabric

Woven in Spain from 85% cotton and 15% linen, Arta Gold is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, with a 45,000 rub test and a 140cm width. The cloth has a dry, natural look that suits the traditional pattern, while the visible surface feels firm rather than lofty or plush. In this colourway, the ground is a soft oatmeal tone and the motif sits in a muted stone-grey, lifted by tiny golden accents that add warmth without becoming shiny. The repeat is compact at 13cm vertically and 11.5cm horizontally, giving the pattern a neat, rhythmic effect across the cloth.

How to use it

This warm gold colourway works well on classic dining chairs, ottomans or tailored curtains where the small pattern can be appreciated up close. Pair it with pale timber, chalky neutrals or deeper olive accents to bring out the soft golden notes.
