About this fabric

Woven in Spain from 85% cotton and 15% linen, Agulla Smoke is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, and its 45,000 rub test supports that practical brief. The fabric has a substantial handle at 364 gsm and a 140cm width, making it a versatile choice for structured furnishings as well as tailored window treatments. Visually, the design pairs a deep smoke-grey background with a traditional medallion-and-link pattern in softened pink clay, muted sage and ivory. The large 69.5cm vertical repeat and 68.5cm horizontal repeat give the pattern a confident scale that suits statement pieces and longer runs of cloth.

How to use it

Use Agulla Smoke to ground a scheme of warm neutrals, aged brass and painted timber, where the smoky base keeps the room feeling composed. It works especially well on a pair of formal curtains or a statement chair that benefits from the pattern’s large, traditional rhythm.

A muted smoky ground lifts the soft blush and sage motifs beautifully in both upholstery and drapes.
