About this fabric
Woven in 85% cotton and 15% linen, Arta Indigo is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, with a substantial 260gsm handle and a 45,000 rub test. The 140cm width and 13cm vertical by 11.5cm horizontal repeat suit both furnishing and curtain making. Visually, this colourway is a muted warm beige with chalky taupe patterning, lifted by small indigo-teal accents that read cooler in the light. The overall effect is traditional and quietly structured, with enough texture in the weave to keep the surface from feeling flat.
How to use it
Use it on a compact chair, banquette, or tailored curtains where the small repeat can be shown clearly. It works especially well with oak, aged brass, and plain linens in sand or stone tones.
Pair with natural woods and plains to let the crisp teal accents stand out.
