About this fabric

This Azara fabric by Jane Churchill is woven in 80% viscose and 20% linen, giving the design a smooth handle with a natural, slightly dry character from the linen content. The repeat measures approximately V 19cm / H 22cm, and the 132cm width offers practical coverage for upholstery or drapery projects. Visually, the colourway pairs a dark indigo ground within the motif with a vivid orange border, creating a high-contrast, graphic look that reads crisp rather than heavy. The narrow linear fill inside each diamond adds texture and movement, while the pale background keeps the pattern from feeling too dense.
