Inglewood Blue
Blakewater FabricJ866F-01
Inglewood Blue pairs a pale, creamy ground with a delicate trailing botanical print in soft blue and slate tones. The repeating branches and berry clusters feel airy and refined rather than dense.

About this fabric
Inglewood Blue from the Blakewater collection by Jane Churchill is a printed fabric with a large repeat of approximately V 38cm / H 65cm and a width of approximately 130cm. The composition is 40% Linen, 30% Cotton, 25% Viscose and 5% Polyester, giving the cloth a natural-looking body with a smooth printed surface. In this colourway, the design reads cool and understated: the ground is a soft ivory-cream while the stems, leaves and berries are worked in pale blue, denim and deeper navy accents. The result is a fresh, slightly classical botanical that feels light enough for window treatments but substantial enough for decorative upholstery. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this fabric.
How to use it
Use Inglewood Blue in rooms that need a calm, tailored lift, especially against white woodwork, painted cabinetry or bleached timber. The gentle blue-on-cream palette works particularly well with pale greys, chalky neutrals and polished nickel finishes.
Pairs a crisp blue motif with a calm pale ground for tailored curtains or statement upholstery.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Inglewood Blue without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
