About this fabric

This Boscombe colourway is woven in 53% Polyacrylic, 35% Polyester and 12% Polyacrylic (FR), with a width of approximately 136cm and no visible repeat. The close herringbone structure reads crisp rather than chunky, while the pale blue ground is softened by cooler grey notes that stop it feeling bright or sugary. In the swatch, the weave catches the light gently, creating a subtle strié effect that adds depth without strong contrast. It has a practical, upholstery-led feel, but the restrained surface and calm colouring also make it adaptable for relaxed drapery in a layered interior.

How to use it

Use Soft Blue on an armchair, banquette or cushions where its cool, muted tone can balance oak, chalk white or brushed nickel. It also works well in rooms with plenty of natural light, where the fine weave and low-contrast blue will read fresh rather than stark.
