Pico Stripe Aqua

Cabrera Stripes FabricJ0192-04

Pico Stripe Aqua has a gentle, breezy stripe that reads fresh rather than bright. The narrow vertical bands sit on a light ground, giving the cloth an airy, almost washed finish.

About this fabric

This Jane Churchill fabric from the Cabrera Stripes collection is a 141cm-wide textile with a repeat of V 0cm / H 3cm approx, making the stripe feel neat and closely set. The composition — 69% Cotton, 23% Acrylic, 6% Viscose, 1% Linen, 1% Polyamide — gives the surface a lightly textured, woven character rather than a flat printed look. In this colourway, the aqua notes are softened with pale cream and cool grey, so the overall effect is calm, clean and slightly coastal. It is a versatile fabric for both upholstery and drapery, with the fine stripe keeping the look tidy on cushions, blinds or simple occasional seating.

How to use it

Pair this soft aqua stripe with bleached timber, white-painted joinery and textured linens to keep the scheme light. It also works well as a refreshing contrast to sandy neutrals or pale taupe upholstery.

Use with pale woods and chalky neutrals for an easy coastal feel.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
