Oxana Check Charcoal/Pink

Cabrera Stripes FabricJ0188-05

Oxana Check Charcoal/Pink is a neatly ordered check with charcoal lines and a dusty pink accent running over a pale neutral ground. The result is tailored but not severe, with enough warmth in the colour to keep it inviting.

About this fabric

This Jane Churchill fabric from the Cabrera Stripes collection is a mid-weight textile with a 140cm approximate width and a repeating check pattern set at approximately 41cm vertically and 70cm horizontally. Its composition of 42% cotton, 27% viscose, 23% polyester and 8% linen gives the surface a softly textured, woven feel rather than a flat printed look. In this colourway, the charcoal grid reads crisp against the lighter base, while the pink and coral-tinged threads add a muted blush that keeps the design from feeling too строг. It is a versatile cloth with enough structure for upholstery and enough movement for drapery, especially where a tailored pattern is wanted. Care code Q 8 < T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for specification reference.

How to use it

Use it on an armchair, ottoman or a pair of relaxed curtains where the charcoal lines can sharpen up softer furnishings. The dusty pink detail works well with oak, warm greys and chalky neutrals.

A smart check with a muted pink lift that softens the charcoal ground.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Oxana Check Charcoal/Pink without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
