Burlow Stripe Blue

Camber Stripes FabricJ0271-01

Burlow Stripe Blue shows a clean, vertical stripe layout in a soft pale blue on an ivory ground. The narrow striping reads crisp and orderly, with just enough contrast to feel tailored without looking severe.

About this fabric

Woven in 51% linen and 49% cotton, this fabric has the dry, natural look you expect from a linen-rich cloth, balanced by the smoother handle of cotton. The 138cm approximate width and 11cm horizontal repeat make it straightforward for patterned upholstery, cushions, or curtains where the stripe can be kept running true. In this colourway, the blue is light, cool, and gently muted, with the finer pinstripes adding definition against the pale ground. It feels airy rather than bold, so the overall effect is polished and calm. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for the specification.

How to use it

Use it to bring a restrained coastal note to a bedroom or sitting room, especially alongside painted woodwork, pale oak, or chalky neutrals. The soft blue stripe also works well on tailored blinds or a neat occasional chair where the vertical rhythm can stand out.

A crisp blue stripe that feels fresh and tailored on relaxed upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
