About this fabric

Part of Jane Churchill’s Cabrera Stripes collection, this fabric is made from 100% cotton and is approximately 135cm wide, with a horizontal repeat of about 27cm and no vertical repeat. The swatch shows narrow and wider stripes in pale blue and crisp ivory, giving the design a calm, beachy clarity without feeling stark. The cotton weave appears smooth and breathable rather than heavy, which supports a softer drapery use while still working for light domestic upholstery applications. The blue sits in a muted, powdery register, so it catches the light with an easy, washed finish rather than a strong saturated stripe.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want a room to feel brighter and less formal, especially with natural woods, painted whites or linen upholstery. It works particularly well in bedrooms, relaxed sitting rooms and Roman blinds where the pale blue stripe can read clean and coastal.
