Tango Stripe Red

Cabrera Stripes FabricJ0190-06

Tango Stripe Red brings a lively coral-red rhythm to the Cabrera Stripes collection. The stripe pattern reads crisp and tailored, with slim neutrals softening the brighter red bands.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a dry, natural handle and a neat, structured look that suits both furnishings and lighter interior projects. The stripe runs vertically on the image with an approximate horizontal repeat of 27cm and a width of 135cm, making the pattern easy to align on a range of applications. In this colourway, the red feels warm and tomato-coral rather than deep crimson, balanced by chalky cream, taupe and soft grey lines that keep the overall effect bright but controlled. The fine striping gives it a measured, almost nautical smartness without becoming severe.

How to use it

Use Tango Stripe Red on a seat cushion, headboard or tailored blind where the coral-red note can bring warmth without overpowering the room. It works particularly well with pale plaster, oak and stone shades, which flatter the fabric’s warm neutral striping.

Pair with crisp neutrals or warm wood to let the coral-red striping stay lively.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
