Tango Stripe Blue presents a clean vertical stripe with a fresh blue ground and lighter taupe-cream accents. The palette feels crisp and orderly, with just enough contrast to keep the design lively.

About this fabric

From the Cabrera Stripes collection by Jane Churchill, this fabric is woven in 100% cotton and has a width of approximately 135cm, with a horizontal repeat of about 27cm and no vertical repeat. The stripe mix combines clear mid blues with softer taupe and cream bands, giving the cloth a cool, tailored look rather than a bright nautical one. The woven surface has a dry, natural cotton handle that reads neatly in the image, with the narrower accent stripes adding a slightly refined, textural rhythm. It is a versatile textile for schemes that need pattern without heaviness, and the supplied Q 8 + T 3 care code and √BM fire code support its practical decorative use.

How to use it

Use this blue colourway on Roman blinds, cushions or a compact armchair where the vertical stripe can sharpen a room’s proportions. It pairs naturally with pale oak, painted woodwork and chalky neutrals.

A crisp striped cotton that works well for tailored blinds, cushions or neatly upholstered pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
