Deacon Stripe Red

Camber Stripes FabricJ0270-05

Deacon Stripe Red brings a fresh, airy stripe to the Camber Stripes collection, with narrow vertical bands in coral red, blush and cream. The overall effect is crisp but softened by the pale ground, giving the swatch an easy, sunlit feel.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a clean, breathable handle that suits both upholstery and drapery projects, with a width of approximately 138cm and a vertical repeat of 0cm / horizontal repeat of approximately 23cm. The stripe arrangement alternates slim cream bands with warmer red and pink-red lines, so the colourway reads light, bright and slightly coastal rather than heavy or dense. The red tones are softened with a coral cast, which keeps the design from feeling harsh and gives the fabric a gentle warmth. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact cloth.

How to use it

Use it on relaxed armchairs, bench cushions or Roman blinds where the small stripe can add movement without overwhelming the room. It works especially well with chalky whites, pale oak and sand-toned linens, letting the coral red remain the focal point.

Pair with warm neutrals and painted woods for a fresh, classic look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
