Furley Sky is a pale sky-blue fabric with a neat, pebble-like small-scale texture across the surface. The softly mottled ground reads cool and airy, giving the weave a light, relaxed character.

About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Essential Weaves Vol 2 collection, Furley Sky is woven from 100% polyester and designed for light domestic upholstery and drapes. The fabric has a 140cm width, weighs 336 grams per linear metre, and carries an 18,000 light domestic rub test, making it suitable for everyday pieces that need a practical finish. Visually, the colourway is a muted sky blue with a gentle grey cast, so the tiny speckled texture sits quietly rather than appearing high contrast. The small repeat and textured surface give it a subtle, tailored look that feels clean and contemporary without reading flat.

How to use it

Use Furley Sky for slim occasional chairs, bench cushions, or relaxed curtains where the pale blue tone can soften a room. It pairs especially well with white-painted wood, natural oak, and soft neutrals for a fresh, coastal-leaning scheme.

A fresh sky-blue weave that brings a calm, airy feel to either upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
