About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a usable width of 142cm, a 14cm horizontal repeat and a 16cm vertical repeat, with a 20,000 martindale and treatable FR suitability for drapery and upholstery. The design reads as a delicate trailing leaf motif rather than a dense floral, with the pale sky blue giving the pattern its freshest note. Dusty blue outlines add definition, while the beige stems keep the overall effect gentle and understated against the creamy background. It is a practical general domestic fabric that still feels decorative, making it well suited to accessories as well as soft furnishings.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want pattern without heaviness: it would suit relaxed curtains, Roman blinds or a neat occasional chair. The cool blue tones work especially well with white-painted woodwork, pale oak and soft neutral upholstery.

A soft, airy floral that brings a fresh country-house feel to curtains or light upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
