About this fabric

Woven in 53% cotton and 47% viscose, this fabric has a fluid handle that suits drapery and accessories rather than upholstery. The design repeats at 37cm horizontally and 63cm vertically, creating large sweeping plumes that read clearly across a curtain drop. In this colourway, inky navy sections sit against warm copper, mushroom and ivory grounds, so the pattern feels opulent and slightly vintage rather than bright or contemporary. It is treatable for FR drapery, has a colour fastness of 6, and comes with a usable width of 144cm.

How to use it

Use it for floor-length curtains, interlined pelmets or statement cushions where the navy ground can deepen a scheme. It works especially well with walnut wood, aged brass and quiet neutrals that let the copper tones glow.

A dramatic statement cloth for full-length curtains or decorative accessories.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
