About this fabric

Woven in 53% cotton and 47% viscose, this fabric has the smooth, lightly lustrous handle you would expect from a drapery cloth rather than an upholstery textile. The design repeats in a generous 37 cm horizontal by 63 cm vertical rapport, which suits the large-scale plume pattern visible across the swatch. Its opal finish reads as a muted beige-grey with a gentle mineral cast, so the motif feels calm and airy instead of bold. With a usable width of 144 cm and a stated end use of accessories and drapery, it is also treatable for FR drapery and carries a colour fastness rating of 6.

How to use it

Use this colourway for tailored curtains or statement blinds where the pale opal ground can soften darker joinery or stone floors. It works especially well with warm whites, putty neutrals and brushed metal accents that echo the fabric’s subdued sheen.

Pair with soft metallics and plain linens to let the marbled motif breathe.
