About this fabric

Woven in 53% cotton and 47% viscose, this fabric has a smooth decorative handle that suits accessories and drapery rather than upholstery, with upholstery grade noted as not suitable. The design uses a large 37 cm horizontal repeat and 63 cm vertical repeat, creating the layered, fan-like arcs seen in the image. Sapphire, teal and soft ivory sit against a light background, while small notes of gold and taupe warm the palette and stop it feeling too cool. Colour fastness is 6, and it is treatable for FR drapery, making it practical for statement curtains, blinds or soft furnishings.

How to use it

This colourway works well where you want pattern and colour without heaviness, especially in rooms with pale walls, oak, linen and brushed metal. Its cool sapphire tones feel crisp and tailored, while the ivory ground keeps the overall effect bright and airy.

Use with crisp neutrals and brushed brass to let the peacock-style movement stand out.
