Rewilding Cornflower Wavy

SS25 Images - Verini & Rewilding Fabric

Rewilding Cornflower Wavy brings a painterly botanical look in washed cornflower blues, lilacs and fresh leaf greens. The print sits on a clearly woven cotton ground that gives the design a natural, tactile finish.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a usable width of 142cm and a Martindale of 20,000, making it suitable for general domestic upholstery as well as drapery and accessories. The visible ground is a cool cornflower blue, lifted by misty pale blue highlights and softened by pink, lilac and green foliage motifs. The large-scale wavy pattern has a flowing, almost brushed movement that feels airy rather than heavy, while the cotton texture keeps the surface quietly matte. It is treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, so it is a practical choice as well as a decorative one.

How to use it

Use it on a statement armchair, occasional cushions or relaxed curtains where the blue ground can brighten a room without feeling sharp. It works especially well with pale timber, white paintwork and sage accents.

Pair with chalky neutrals and soft greens to let the painterly leaf movement stay fresh.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
