About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, Portland Mineral 2 has a usable width of 137cm and a horizontal pattern repeat of 35cm, with the stripe running vertically across the cloth. The swatch reads as a soft mineral grey on an ivory ground, with a slightly muted, stone-like tone that feels fresher than charcoal but more grounded than silver. The stripe itself has a fine, textured edge that gives the design definition without making it feel harsh. With a 30,000 Martindale rating and Heavy Domestic upholstery grade, it is suitable for upholstery as well as drapery and accessories, and it can be treated for FR use in both drapery and upholstery applications.

How to use it

This colourway works well in pared-back rooms where a cool neutral stripe can add structure without dominating. Pair it with pale oak, brushed nickel and plain linens for a crisp, considered finish.

Use for tailored drapery or statement upholstery where a calm neutral stripe is wanted.
