About this fabric

This fabric is woven in a 95% cotton, 5% linen blend and has a usable width of 137cm, with a 137cm horizontal repeat and 102.5cm vertical repeat. The cloth reads as a light, breathable decorative fabric rather than a heavy upholstery textile, which suits its listed use for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. In this colourway, the blue ground is cool and hazy rather than saturated, so the painted trees, walkers and park details sit softly against the weave. At 230gsm it has enough substance for window dressings while still keeping the overall look relaxed and informal. Dry clean only care and a cool iron finish keep the cloth practical for made-to-measure interior pieces.

How to use it

Use Parklife Blue in a child-friendly bedroom, garden room or snug where the pale blue ground can brighten the space without feeling stark. It pairs well with white painted woodwork, soft greys and natural timber, letting the illustrated scene remain the focal point.
