About this fabric

This printed fabric is composed of 95% cotton and 5% linen, giving it a natural-looking surface with a gently textured finish. At 230gsm, it has enough body for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings, while the 138cm usable width and 46cm horizontal by 70cm vertical repeat make it practical for pattern matching. The yellow colourway reads as muted and sun-washed rather than bright, with translucent balloon forms and soft washes of colour that keep the design feeling fresh. Dry clean care and a cool iron are specified, and the design is not fire retardant.

How to use it

Use this colourway in a child’s room, snug or garden-facing sitting room where the light yellow balloons can lift a pale scheme. It works especially well with white-painted joinery, soft grey upholstery and natural timber.

Pair with pale linens and painted woods to keep the cheerful palette light and airy.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
