Carnivalstripe multi

Imaginations Fabriccarniva/fa1/dus

Carnivalstripe Multi is a lively striped fabric with hand-drawn bands of pink, mint, teal and warm coral across a pale ground. The repeated rows give it a fresh, rhythmic look that feels playful but still neatly ordered.

About this fabric

Woven in 95% cotton and 5% linen, this fabric has a relaxed natural handle and a medium 230gsm weight that makes it suitable for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The usable width is 138cm, with a 145cm overall width, and the pattern repeats every 34.5cm horizontally and 26.5cm vertically. Visually, the colourway mixes chalky blush pink, soft aqua, mint green and small accents of terracotta and ochre, so the stripe reads bright but gently weathered rather than hard-edged. The iron-safe finish and dry-clean-only care suit decorative interior use where the textural stripe can remain crisp and well presented.

How to use it

Pair this colourway with whitewashed timber, rattan and plain neutral upholstery to balance the stripe’s cheerful pink-and-mint palette. It also works well in casual coastal or eclectic rooms where the repeated bands can add movement without feeling heavy.

Use with plain linens and natural woods to let the lively stripe pattern stand out.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
