Sorong multi

Equator Fabricsorong/fa1/sum

Sorong Multi brings a washed, watercolor feel to the Equator collection, with soft sage, misty blue-green and lilac tones drifting across a pale ground. The design reads airy and painterly, with the brushy leaf forms kept light and translucent.

About this fabric

Woven in 95% cotton and 5% linen, this 230gsm fabric has enough body for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings while still keeping the relaxed hand of a decorative textile. The visible pattern is large in scale, with botanical shapes that look loosely painted rather than sharply outlined, so the colourway feels gentle and slightly hazy. In this Sorong colourway, the greens are muted and cool, offset by a subdued lilac at the lower edge and deeper blue-grey accents through the central leaves. The usable width is 138cm, with a horizontal pattern repeat of 138cm and a vertical repeat of 93cm, and it should be dry cleaned and cool ironed only.

How to use it

Pair Sorong Multi with pale wood, chalky neutrals or brushed metal finishes to keep the room feeling fresh and lightly layered. It works especially well where you want a botanical print that feels more misted and contemporary than bold or high-contrast.

Use this painterly botanical for statement curtains or a relaxed upholstered accent piece.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
