Macapa multi

Equator Fabricmacapa/fa1/sum

Macapa Multi shows a painterly chain of ring motifs in softened jewel tones across a pale ground. The colours feel fresh and airy, with watercolour edges that keep the design light rather than heavy.

About this fabric

Woven in 95% cotton and 5% linen, this fabric has a naturally soft handle and a relaxed, breathable look that suits curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The usable width is 138cm, with a fabric width of 145cm, and the design repeats every 34.5cm vertically and 34cm horizontally. In this colourway the circles read as misty lilac, teal, cobalt, moss and plum, with the white ground giving the palette plenty of lift. The overall effect is decorative but not dense, and the painterly blending keeps each linked motif feeling fluid and modern.

How to use it

Macapa Multi works well in rooms that need colour without darkness, especially where its lilacs and blues can sit against cream walls and pale oak. Use it for statement curtains, layered blinds or accent cushions to bring an easy, artistic rhythm into the room.

Use this painterly multi as a lively focal fabric against simple plains and pale timber.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
