About this fabric
This textile is made from 95% cotton and 5% linen, with a usable width of 138 cm and a weight of 230 gsm, making it well suited to curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The print shows large, softly edged circles in layered shades of blue, lavender, grey and pale aqua, set against a clean white background. In this Kiribati colourway, the blues read cool and luminous rather than deep or dark, so the design feels airy and slightly maritime. The 34.5 cm horizontal repeat and 32 cm vertical repeat give the pattern a generous, easy rhythm across the fabric. Dry clean only; cool iron.
How to use it
Use Kiribati Blue in a light-filled room to bring a breezy, coastal accent to plain upholstery or pale painted walls. It works especially well with bleached timber, chalky whites and soft grey-blues that echo the cooler spots in the print.
Best for airy curtains or blinds where the watery blue spots can stand out.
