About this fabric
Woven in a 95% cotton and 5% linen blend, this fabric has the natural handle and slightly relaxed surface expected of a 230gsm cloth. The print’s broad leaf forms and painterly edges sit over a light background, so the blue tones read airy and translucent rather than dark or saturated. Gentle washes of sage, grey-blue, and warm peach add movement, while the 69cm horizontal repeat and 103cm vertical repeat show that this is a generously scaled design. Suitable for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings, it should be dry cleaned and cool ironed.
How to use it
Use Jarvis Blue where you want pattern without visual weight: it suits relaxed bedrooms, sunrooms, or living rooms with pale timber and white-painted finishes. The cool blue base feels especially crisp beside linen neutrals, while the warmer accents soften the overall effect.
